One SRST router with two CUCM

Hello everyone,

I have two CUCM (A and B, no clustering) and one voice gateway. The voice gateway acts as SRST Router for CUCM A.

Can I use the same SRST Router to provide surviveability for phones registered in CUCM B? I know that I should configure the SRST Instance at CUCM B.

Is it possible that the same SRST Router works with two CUCM?

I have not read anything that i can recall that says this is not possible as long as you are not using MGCP and numbers don't overlap.  The phones registered to CUCM are just using the SRST reference you define.  You have a lot to consider though and i would avoid it if it were me.  How do you handle inbound DIDs?  What if the extensions are the same on two clusters?  Do you have enough licenses on the router.
