one touch call

Hi team,

I would like to make extension 2121 and associated mobile phone ring when a user dials 2121.

who ever answers first, audio stream will flow to that number either extension 2121 or mobile number 07812312344.

How can I configure this under CUCM?

You are always there for Unified communications issues..

we had a problem yesterday with this setup for extension 2121:

1.user receieves call, answered by mobile but oneway voice for 20sec and then call dropped.

2. when we call mobile directly from same extension call goes well.

What would have been going wrong?
