Hi
I'm currently running a CCM 4.1.3 cluster and one Unity box 4.0.3.
And we are going to implement another CCM cluster for one our subsidary but there is only a need for 10 additional voicemail. Is it possible to connect the 2 different CCM cluster on only one Unity Box?
Thanks for help

Thierry,
Yes, you can integrate multiple clusters with Unity (up to 10). Please see the following link.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Another way to do this is to create an ICT between two clusters and send voicemail calls into Unity from one callmanager (cluster b) to the other (cluster a). Only cluster a will have an integration with Unity. WIth this setup, MWI wont work. So what you can do is setup two or four ports from Unity to register with cluster b and use that just for turning MWI on/off. This way, cluster a and b share the same set of ports in Unity, except for MWI.
