Again: If the login is not even working "internally" (connected directly to CUCM and not via MRA) then it will not work via MRA either.
Your problem descriptions are so confusing.
In one message, you write all users are not working, then again it's just a single user.
You have to make clear statements on what is working and what is not working. We (the helpers) cannot see into your environment and don't know anything about it.
And if you don't provide clear answers, we cannot provide solutions.
