One way audio during a meet-me conference

Hello,

I have CUCM 6.1 and have setup the meet-me conference numbers and also some outside DID's translated to the meet-me numbers. When I setup the conference from inside it works fine but when a user calls in from the outside they join the conference but I cannot hear them. They can hear me fine from the outside but I cannot hear them from the inside. Any help is appreciated.

first thing i'd look at, would be routing, make sure the CFB can reach the GW so the RTP is routed correctly

The CFB can reach the gateway and shows registered in CM. I am not sure if there is something else I should check?? Thanks for your help!
