Hi,
I installed Cisco MediaSense 11.0 and during the post installation tasks when I'm entering the AXL server IP, it is not taking the publisher CUCM IP but its taking Subscriber CUCM IP. When I am trying to add the publisher IP it is giving error "AXL connection failed. Verify that the server is accessible and that IP address, username, and password are valid." The server is reachable. I restarted the AXL services and also tested the connection with Unity Connection. Still giving the error. Please advice. CUCM version is also 11.0
Thanks,
Ajin.

Hi Ajin,
Have you tired adding "Standard Super User" access to user, Also try restart Cisco MediaSense API Service.
Check if dbreplication is broken in CUCM.

Hi Mohammed,
Adding the AXL user to super user did the trick! But why the CUCM subscriber IP got added without the superuser and the Pub IP didn't?! Also can you please tell me in which order shall I keep the AXL servers, pub first or sub first ?
Thank you,
Regards,
Ajin.
