Unity 4.1.3, Unified messaging.Exchange 2000.
I deleted user by mistake (hit the wrong button!).
If I go to put them back in get error message "alias already exists".
As I dont have any control over the Windows or Exchange environments what do I need to get reset, by the server team, and is it Windows or Exhange 2000.

If you deleted the user only from Unity it should remain in the Active Directory, instead of adding it again why don't you try importing it.

You can import them back in, the voicemails will still be there, but they will have lost all personal settings, such as recorded name, alternate greeting, pin, etc.

Thanks, I guess that was a bit of an easy answer to a newb question!
Sorry but I havent touched Unity for a long time and certainly not in a unified setup.
