Looking a little deeper with some of the wizards, what is the Permissions Wizard and the MailStore Configuration Wizard changing exactly?
I know it enables Send-As and Receive-AS rights for the mailstores for some of the Cisco Unity accounts.
What else does it do?
Thank you

Hi,
It's a little long winded to explain the PermissionsWizard but this link to the CiscoTools website explains it in great detail:
http://ciscounitytools.com/HelpFiles/PW403+/PWHelpPermissionsSet_ENU.htm
The message store wizard does the following:
* Determines the partner exchange server (confirms that exchange is actually running on it)
* Confirms the exchange version
* Selects Exchange server and mailstores where new accounts (mailboxes) are created
Basically, the same as the PermissionsWizard..

MSCW does look and feel in many ways the same as PW. and does do the following as mentioned before.
The message store wizard does the following:
* Determines the partner exchange server (confirms that exchange is actually running on it)
* Confirms the exchange version
* Selects Exchange server and mailstores where new accounts (mailboxes) are created
However it is not basically the same.
PW asks which account are used for installation, dirsrv facing and mailstore facing. Then a bunch of other questions. It then gives those 3 accounts and mailstores and other needed places permissions.
MSCW only looks and feels the same in some places. It is not the same.
