Outbound calls getting busy tone and getting error Cause i = 0x8191 - User busy

Hi Team,

In our infrastructure we have implemented TEHO and users in one country can dial out other countries number and the call will be terminated from local countries voice gateway. So for example if Denmark based users want to dial out any Poland based number , they will dial like **48.......... format. Then CCM will make sure to route that call via Poland local voice gateway.

But now we are are getting one weird issue in Poland H.323 voice gateway. When users are dialing **48......., in that case CCM will strip off ** and will send only 48........ towards Poland local voice gateway. On Poland gateway we have created dial-peer which will match with 48....... and route the call towards Telco.

Now in both the above cases we are sending same called party number towards Telco , but call is working only in that scenario when we are dialing in 0...... format and not in **48...... format.

Thanks for your response !!!! Yes I tried to change the calling party as per exact external phone mask of calling party / IP phone , but still same result. FYI , we do not want to send exact calling party number when using TEHO. The same type of setup is working fine in other countries / locations using H.323 VG.

Hi!
It can be issue with "clid restrict" command. It force to send "Calling Party Number i = 0x00A1"
I think best way will be call to your Poland provider. You can ask it are "Calling Party Number i = 0x00A1" good field for SP SBC/GW.
Some providers can prohib to hide your CLID. May be you must choose one real number for corporate calls. Best practise to make IVR for incoming on it.

Well in fact I tried earlier as well after removing "clid restrict" command and also I tried to send actual Calling party number , but in case as well I got the same response. Hi now we are facing same issue trying to dial out from Skype for business end point.
