Outlook dialing

I am installing UM and everything seems to be working correctly with the exception of being able to dial from my outlook contacts. I have version 4.2 running on w2003 with exchange 2003, is there a procedure or tool that can assist in this process.

This is really not a function of Unity, but of the TSP and its interaction with Callmanager. Take a look at the following link.

Also, take a look at the document called ciscotsp.txt located at c:\program files\cisco on your local machine after you install the TSP. There are some steps specific to the OS you are using that you will need to perform.

Hi I'm still wondering if anyone out there is using the Global Address List in Outlook instead of their contact information???
