PA integrated with Unity failed

Hi,

Unity 4.0(4), PA 1.4(3) with CCM 4.0(1)sr2

I have configured the PA with Unity integration according to document "Configuring Cisco Personal Assitant and Cisco Unity Integration". However, when I tried to dial the PA route-point, and say "voicemail", after correctly entered the PIN number, got the massage of"I am sorry I am not able to access your voicemail box".

I have the log file for SS_PA_Mail. Could someone help me to find out the problem?

Hi,

Unity 4.0(4) VM only with off box AD server.

When I configure the "Messaging Configuration" under PA's System, I tested Attributes, and got error on Message Store Query result:

"Message Store Query Result

Could not connect to the Exchange Server Directory.

1. Check the credentials used in Corporate Directory Settings.

2. Check whether PA Webadmin Service is having appropriate privileges to connect to the Messaging Store directory "

I used UnityAdmin (used for Unity server) for PASever, and PAWebadmin accounts.

BTW, on the previous log file,I did not find the file on Unity:

".... Software\Active Voice\Directory Connectors\DirsynchGlobalCatalog\1.00\Directory"

Any idea how to solve this problem?
