Unity 4.2.1, CCM 3.3.3 SR4a.
FYI:
User "A's" password has expired.
User "A" calls into Unity to check voicemail for User "B's" account.
"A" presses * when asked for his password in order to enter B's mailbox number. He enters the ID for "B". He then enters the password for "B" and gets the "Your Password is expired prompt.
"A" follows the audio cues and changes the password as instructed for "B's" account!
Now anyone else that needs to access "B" are locked out due to the password change.
Something tells me this isn't how this is supposed to work.
Once "A" changed his password on his account he stopped hearing the expiration message when accessing "B".

Hmmm...I don't know if the AnswerMonkey gives out T-Shirts for new bugs reported on the forum, sounds like a swell idea though!
