Patchlink agent on Unity Server?

I have a customer who would like to know if there are any concerns about loading a patchlink agent on the Cisco Unity 4.0(3) server, Voicemail only. They have the latest version of CSA (1.1.5?) running which I would assume would have to be suspended prior to allowing patchlink to run on it. This would be used to install security updates only, not service packs. Thanks.

I am not sure what you mean by patchlink but there are very few 3rd party software that should be installed on a unity server; after all it's a voice system. If you mean windows automatic update, please see our "
