PCD Error: obj.entities is null

I trying to do a migrate with PCD 11.5 and I get this error: An error occurred while displaying the data returned from Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment: obj.entities is null. This usually means the data returned was missing some critical pieces of information.

PCD has some problems with passwords and special characters, passwords longer than 16 characters and it seems that if "iV" is in the password, or starts with, it might also cause problems.

PCD 11.5 gives error adding ESXi host with pw longer than 16 characters

If any of the above is true, change your passwords and try again, if not, you'll need to review the PCD logs for further details on the error.

My Esxi password is no longer than 16 characters and my PCD version (11.5.3) dont' match with the bug.

What about your CUCM and the other UC app servers??

If the answer is still no, then only the logs would provide more info on what's causing the issue.
