Hello,
version 11.2 of PCP supports writing back assigned directory number, when a user is auto-provisioned and a directory number is automatically taken from the service location number block. that is working fine so far.
Let's assume the user was provisioned with one Jabber client and extension mobility access both sharing the same extension. This extension is written back to LDAP.
But when I go to the user and remove one of the provisiond service with the shared line, the extenion is deleted from LDAP. Let's say I remove the extension mobility access device. Jabber client with the shared line is still provisioned to the user, but extension is deleted from LDAP.
I would have expected that the extenion is only deleted from LDAP when the extenson is no more associated to any of the user's services or endpoints. Extension should not be removed from LDAP, as long as the user has at least one service with this extenion.
Can someone confirm this behavior? Is it 'works as designed' or a bug?
