Permission lose on CUCM ver 7.1.5.20000-6

Hello guys,
I've a problem on a CUCM ver. 7.1.5.20000-6

An AppUser  lose  "Standard CCM Super Users" Permission
I've applied more times the same Permission, and everytime this AppUser have lose it,  It happen not immediatly, but after some days.

I can't understand why, my customer is getting nervous, could you help me?

Hi Maurizio,

You can try deleting and readding the application user.

If the issue persists you may need to collect Tomcat security / Audit logs and cucm traces to see if this is being done manually or is happening on its own due to some bug or other issue.
