Hi ... playing with phone view on Unity 5.0(1) with CallManager 4.1(3) and having an issue with phone view.
When connected to Unity i select option 5 "To Find a Message" from main menu then option 4 "To display all new messages". Unity says "Searching" then comes back with "The system cannot display messages on your phone contact your system administrator".
The phone is controlled by the phoneviewuser CTI provider account and message monitor is working on the phone when i leave a voicemail.
Phone is 7970G but i also tried on 7961G and got same result.
Any ideas?

Which choices have you selected for the subscriber for features?
