PLM synchronization error message

Hello,

One of our CUCM clusters running 10.5.2 is synchronized with a centralized PLM (HCS environment).

When logging into the CUCM web administration, the following error message appears:

Due to a certificate mismatch, the system has not synchronized successfully with Cisco Prime License Manager for 1 days. If successful synchronization does not occur within the next 59 days, you will no longer be able to provision users and devices.

This has been going on for months now, and only with this specific CUCM cluster.

Despite this error message, the licensing appears to be synchronized, every night. The day count is reset to 0 every night, then grows back to 1 later the next day; PLM reports that synchronization was successful.

The CUCM license manager logs show no errors, except one single error line that appears immediately after synchronization:

2016-05-30 01:07:29,154 INFO [LicenseService] statemachine.BaseLicenseState (BaseLicenseState.java:218) - BaseLicenseState::eventUsage: Update Successful
2016-05-30 01:07:29,154 ERROR [LicenseService] server.LicenseManager (LicenseManager.java:1069) - LicenseManager::setState: setting state instance
2016-05-30 01:07:29,154 DEBUG [LicenseService] statemachine.BaseLicenseState (BaseLicenseState.java:164) - BaseLicenseState::setState: khadija updating LicenseState
2016-05-30 01:07:29,154 DEBUG [LicenseService] statemachine.BaseLicenseState (BaseLicenseState.java:168) - BaseLicenseState::setState: update String = update licenseserver set tklicensingstate = 8 where pkid = '58272c3f-d8f4-44cd-ab35-0d8c56dbf7e4'

Any ideas?

You can try deleting the product instance for this CUCM cluster from PLM.

Add the product instance again and synchronize.
