Precision routing wait time on a certain step not working

Hi All,

Can i have some help with my query please? 

In my PQ step 1, I have just 2 steps, where in step1, i have used a wait time.

PQs and assigning attributes to agents part is perfectly fine.

In ICM routing script, when I am coding for calls to be going to PQ node, I have succespath and RONA path of PQ node given to a RUN ext script(which just plays a message during wait time). I have given Run Ext path success and failpath to "Release call".

So, I am expecting that, during the wait time of step1, it should play the msg and stay for the rest of wait time before going to step2.

But, it just plays the msg once and call is going to release node and getting ended. While it is waiting, even if the agent in Step1 becomes ready inbetween,call not going to him.

<Snippet from PQ guide> Precision queues internally are configured with one or more time-based steps, each with a configured wait time. After a call is queued, the first step begins and the timer starts. This occurs although the execution path of the script exited the success node and a new node may be targeted (for example, Run Ext. Script).
