Preference do not save - CUBAC

Hi,

We are experiencing this problems:

Issue 1 
  
4 second delay in transfer.
  
Resolve = click on the Option > Preference > Call Transfers > Check “Perform Blind Transfer”
  
Issue 2
  
Pop up Box “the person you are trying to call has a presence status set”
  
Resolve = click on the Option > Preference > Display > Uncheck “Prompt if presence status is set”

does any one know what to do? Can anyone help me?

I'm sure you probably figured out a solution, but for others looking, this may help.

We found that if you are launching the attendant console from a standard windows account (non-administrator), the console must be launched with an administrator's credentials for preferences to save. I'm sure this has to do with registry or file permissions (that could be tracked down and modified via gpo).
