Hi,We have CME 7.0 and UCCX 7.0 (SR5). We are experiencing problems with agents being stucked in the reserved state. When agents receives the call, it goes to reserved state then the next call gets dropped.What could be causing this?

hi,having problem with video of the remote site using IP Phone.tested Video Conf initiated from the remote site using IP Communicator, testing was successful but when using IP Phone, no videos. any ideas?Thank you.
