I received my Site ID and Partner ID and setup a conferencing server in Presence (8.0.2). However I
cant figure out how to setup the authentication. If you have a local meeting center server you can use that
but we only have the WebEx SaaS.
The documentations dont really cover this type of setup other than to say that CUPC 8.5 will work
with WebEx. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Interesting,
In CUPC 7 (MAC) you can enter the login info for Conferencing which works correctly. Once I did that
the Jabber (8.6.1) client got populated with the conferencing info (although there does not seem to
be a way to launch a WebEx session from the Jabber client).
CUPC 8 on windows seems to be expecting some type of SSO. The deployment guide indicates that
WebEx SAAS is supported but the authentication portion does not seem to be documented.

Hi Chris, did you ever find any answer on this? Seeing the same thing with Jabber for Windows using CUPS 8.6 and trying to integrate to WebEx Meeting Center.

Hey Guys,
Currently Cisco Jabber for Windows with CUPS (On-Prem) Deployment does not support WebEx or Meeting Center Integration.
Please see the below URL:

This is planned to be resolved in the next major release of Jabber for Windows and identified in the following defect:
CSCtz89514 Jabber for Windows On Prem Meeting Integration
