Prime Assurance Contact Center Topology

Dear all,

I have added uccx server on assurance,but i cannot see any contact cneter topology on Network Health Overview.Do I need any config for it?

Prime Assurance Version 11.5.

UCCX 11.0

Hi,

only contact center enterprise is supported in Prime Assurance  (and you need an additional license for it).
