Cisco 7965 reboot while launching the visual voice mail service
when a user log on an Cisco 7965 by use User device Profile , when he click on visual Voice Mail , the phone reboot like an unplug and plug cable

I don't see any known issues with this symptom. Can you try accessing VVM without the expansion module connected and also on a different switchport? if the issue still persists then i would recommend deleting and reconfiguring this 7965 on CUCM.
