Hi All,
I hope you can help. My migration task fails when trying to migrate from UCM 10.0.1SU2 to UCM 11.0. All validation complets and I have no problem with connectivity to either ESXi hosts or cluster connectivity. The migration fails very early and states the following errors "ERROR An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file." Initially I though this was bug CSCum18394 but it does not appear so as the error outline below on the Bug URL is not found.
Source UCM Version : 10.0.1.12900-2
Target Migration version: Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_11.0.1.20000-2.sgn.iso

Any assistance would be appreciated as I would like to start using PCD for customer upgrades.

have you tried to take a look at the upgrade steps dump from PCD?
usually they contains a lot of useful information on what goes wrong during the upgrade.
