Hi All !
How we can determine or define whether we will get standard or Advance version while we upgrade the existing CUOM to Prime Collaboration ?
Kindly clarify

Hi,
You will probably get the standard version of Prime when you upgrade from CUOM to Prime collaboration(advanced version has much more components than the CUOM).
Do you have the licenses for CUOM and have asked for migration to Prime?

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for your reply ...
Hope in CUOM we can add multiple cluster since the license are based on the Phone and Device Counts. So client managed both CUCM & SME on single CUOM.
If we upgrade to Prime collaboration standard , it will support single cluster only. In this case we can't install additional pair prime collaboration for SME alone. ( CUCM and SME are already upgraded to 10.5)

Hi Sriram,
Sorry for the confusion.
I just verified that CUOM migration will be for Prime collaboration advanced and its not standard.
PCA Standard is an RTMT-like set of features that is provided for free with 10.x UCM.
Please send an email to licensing team if you have any further questions
Thanks,
Sandeep

You may purchase the Prime Collaboration Advanced upgrade or get entitle to it by renewing your active SAS support contract onto the new SWSS support. SWSS entitle you to get the upgrade from the Product Upgrade Tool, PUT. The end points counts of the old OM will be entitled in this manner. SM features are included in PC Assurance Advanced.
Any expansion is purchased at the full Prime Collaboration Assurance Advanced price.

If you purchased it or got it from a service entitlement (SWSS), it is Advanced.
Standard is a feature of CUCM and is a no charge deliverable with CUCM 10.x
