Problem with Auto Attendant

Hi,

I'm configuring Auto Attendant on my system. I have a BE6K with CUCM and CUC.

Currently the inbound calls and outbound calls work normally.

But I have issue with setting the Auto Attendant.

I have got through these steps:

1. Make a SIP trunk between CUCM and CUC (I have no idea if it works or not).

2. Create a CTI route point with DN 5000. On the extension 5000, I have checked the option CallForwardAll to mail box.

3. On CUC, I create a new System Call Handler base on the the default System Call Handler template with the extension set to 5000.

4. I config the Forwarded Routing Rule to both Called number equals to 5000 and Forwarding Station equals to 5000.

Now when I call my main number, my voice gateway will translate it into 5000 and send to CUCM. But  the call fails.

Somebody please help me

Start by making sure your CUCM - CUC integration ACTUALLY works before attempting anything else, also, there's no need for any routing rules if you're going to dial 5000 directly.
