problem with indicator VM

We've been having trouble with VM indicator on IP phone. Somehow there is no red light, the mail sign or the message saying "You have voice message" on the screen of IP phones. Even though I used a new phone to set up or used the previously used IP phone by other clients, who didn't have the same trouble this problem occurs. Why does this occur? Is it a problem with IP phone itself or some other problems on programs?
I have already resynch the MWI on the phones few times and it doesnt help.

Usually it is a calling search space issue. To verify check that the MWI status in Unity is correct. Then make sure that the phone can call the MWI on and off number. This should turn on and off the light manually. Then make sure that unity can dial the MWI on/off and the phone. Hope it helps.
