Estimados,
Saludos estoy con un problema y necesito ayuda urgente, en mi empresa se han adquirido dos dispositivos NAS Cisco modelo NSS322, no han sido ingresados al dominio, los PCs que se conectan al NAS si, el problema es que cuando los usuario intentan ingrasar les aparecen diversos errores, como:
- The specified network name is no longer available
- An unexpected network error occourred
- Puede que no tenga permiso para utilizar este recurso de red
He encontrado las solucion que consiste en hacer unos cambios en el registro de Windows, despues de hacer los cambios y reiniciar el PC, los usuarios ingresan sin problemas, pero por politicas del dominio los cambios despues de un tiempo vuelven atras, he solicitado al cliente validar los cambios en el dominio, pero el cliente no lo acepta dice que debo adaptar mis equipos a las politicas de ellos, quienes tienen habilitado algo de firmar digitalmente las comunicaciones, esa seria la causa del error, alguien sabe como arreglar esto, he buscado en google pero hasta ahora nada.
No se si es el lugar correcto dentro del sitio para hacer esta pregunta.
