I've got a strange issue where our receptionist is using Cisco Attendant Console 10.5.1. If she has the attendant console open but decides to use the phone to transfer the call it works... UNLESS, she is using her Jabra headset. Then if the console is open and she tries to transfer the call using the phone, it disconnects the call. Transfers inside Attendant Console while using the headset continue to work but this duality is troublesome for her. Anyone have any ideas as to the reason or cause of this?

Hi,
We have similars problems with 7942/7962 phones due to a bug in the phone firmware. Latest firmware versions does not have this issue anymore.

Now that you mention it, I have noticed another issue here with calls being disconnected while using a headset due to a bug in the firmware. Thanks for the reminder. We'll work around it.
