Problems with Unity Administrator Account

When I try to use the SAWeb interface for Unity the top bar with the Icons is not visable or useable for Subscriber, it works for everything else. The bar only shows "The page cannot be displayed" message.With this bar missing I can not view any subscribers or make changes. The strange part is nothing was changed that I am aware of, it just stopped working.

Unity version?

You can use the Global Subscriber Manager (assuming your on a fairly recent version of Unity) to get at your subscribers in the meantime - you'll find this tool in the Tools Depot on your desktop - it'll launch the SA to the page you need for each subscriber you select so you can at least do basic admin until you can figure out what happened here.

If you are running Unity 4.0(4) you might be hitting this bug:

Install SR1, and after the reboots, if the buttons/icons still don't show up, follow the workaround in the bug provided.
