Hello,
My client would like to have all users who dial Unity Connection through messages key, or pilot number to be prompted for their ID and PIN. Default behavior would be just the PIN is required.
I have found that I can mask the Caller ID to fool Unity Connection to think that it is an unknown extension calling and that works well for Communications Manager phones. We have a seperate integration through CUSP which points to sip gateways connected to an Avaya PBX. If there is a way to accomplish this without making further configurations to the Avaya PBX to mask caller ID to the voicemail pilot it would be prefered. I'm hoping there is a way to do this in Unity connection and not the phone system.

Anyone know if this is possible?

You might try to do this by editing the default direct routing rule for "Attempt Sign In". This is the default routing rule that is used to prompt known subscribers to logon. Change the conversation option to "Sign In" (default is "Attempt Sign In").
