Is it possible when forwarding a call offnet to say a cell phone or home phone that
if the caller does not answer or it is busy to pull that call back to the Voice Mail system to the user
voice mail box?
We are using Call Manager 7.1.3
Unity 7.1.3
Is mobility...single number reach a better option here?

Within CUCM you can only do that with the timers for calls extended via the mobility option. You just need to tweak the timers to make sure they're less than the time it will take the mobile VM or their home answering machine to get the call.
There's no way to pull back a regular transfer or call forward call.
