I do not believe that QRT ties into CDR records. When the QRT button is pressed, the current call data is collected through an 'out of call control' process and stored into a database that can pull the information indpendently of a CDR record. Because the QRT reporting is done outside the call details, there is no flag in CDR to indicate that QRT had been triggered for that call.
