queue

Hi,

I wonder if it's possible with the unity express to do that :

When a call comes, if the phone is busy, then the call is redirected in the queue with "music-on-hold" and when the phone becomes available the first call in the queue comes to the phone now available.

I want to do that for all the phones. It is possible ?

Hi Guillaume,

yes I found it exist by default in cue 7

if you have 8-ports, the 9th call will be queued untill a specified time waiting for an empty port

but i can't remember how to control it
