Folks,
I've a Unity 4.0 installed with Exchange 2003 and CCM4.2.
Due to the hardware failure I had to reinstall my Exchange 2003 server on a new hardware in the same domain(retained the same name and IP address). After doing so I've lost the Unified messaging functionality. The symptoms are as follows:-
1. not able to access my voice messages. It says Extension xxxx exchange server is offline. You can receive the voice messages during the outage, but new messages can be available after outage.
I received the message which I sent today after sometime. But there was no indication of MWI. Also I am not able to delete my voice messages from ip phone.
The option Press 3 to delete the message is not available in IVR.
It says the message store is offline and all the messages are temporarily stored on Unity server.
Could you please guide me for the resolution?
Do I have to run the Message store configuration wizard to reestablish the partner Exchange server Interface? Please suggest the steps.
Refer the application log screenshot attached.
Regards,
Vijay J.
