happends in both Unity 403 or 404, vm or um. what is remote access connection manager used for? I noticed everytime I restarted unity service from manage integrations after add or change the integration config, restart stuck at this service and eventually says restart error? What is this service, can we disable it?

This is from CSCeb62489 Utim:Restart function fails due to failure to stop RasMan service
If you are not using RAS, set the Remote Access Connection Manager service to startup type = Disabled.

Apparently this service is used for VPN connections. It is not needed by Unity, so it is safe to disable it from a Unity perspective.
This problem is addressed in Unity 4.0(5) and later.

The Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service maps and maintains network addresses to connection destinations. This allows a destination to be automatically dialed from a program or from the command prompt. A network address can be an Internet host name, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, or a NetBIOS server name.
