we are using UCCX 5.0.2 with CUCM 6.1.2.
Trigger is working ok when dialing locally and for those sites which are connected using Inter cluster trunk but when remote site dial it (which is hosted off the HQ), we are getting busy tone. The remote site is dialing and hitting the translation pattern which strips off the HQ location code and then add the location code for the remote site as prefix. We are using G711 codec throughout the company so transcoding can be easily ruled out
Any help will be highly appreciated.
