If I follow what you are asking, you can use SMTP notification to accomplish this task. On a CUC voicemail user, go to Edit>Notification Devices. You will see a SMTP option that is Disabled by default. Edit this notification device. You can specify what can trigger notifications to this device, the SMTP address that is the target, whether you include message information in the e-mail, whether to include message count, whether to include a URL to the Cisco PCA, and other options.
