objective is to remove Unity and its objects completely from a UM Ad/Ex2003 environment
1-Use unisntall Unity tool to uninstall Unity and all the extended objects in Exchange for subscribers...If uninstall does not do it then how do we remove extended unity properties in EXchange
2-How to remove the extended AD schema specific to Unity safely from the AD
3-Any other task that needs to be done as part of this complete clean up.
Thanx

1) See Removing Location Objects Manually http://ciscounitytools.com/HelpFiles/UnityUninstall3xand4x.HTM#_Toc21258540
2) I may be completely off on this, but once the schema is extended, there is not a way to unextended. If there is a way, you can refer to the ldif logs on the desktop of the unity install account to see what was extended and you can unextended them. We don't have a tool to "un-extend" the schema.
3) Read through the Unity Uninstall help file.
