I have a problem on replication database not setup on cisco unity connection 10.5 , when i put the commands
utils dbreplication runtimestate , i get this :

I Hope you might have tried a cluster restart ? AS the versions got EOL, TAC support wont be possible.
Whats your NTP status ?
Try reset the DB using,
utils dbreplication stop
utils dbreplication reset all
