Report on Hunt Group

Hi,

 

I'm trying to figure out how to generate a report based on what option callers press to a Hunt Group.

 

Example, our Hunt Group consist of 3 options, and I want to see how many callers chose option 1, how many chose option 2, and how many chose option 3.

 

All I can figure out is that it is in /CAR, but it's generating a zero report (no calls coming in at all):

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're looking at the wrong place, CUCM doesn't have anything like that, what you're talking about is an IVR or an AA, which CUCM doesn't have.

Start by figuring out your call flow and who is the IVR/AA in your environment, because it's not CUCM, that's for sure.
