I need to delete users and add them back in with the same Exchange accounts, but also delete all the messages that were in them. The buld delete tool will allow me to delete the Unity accounts. Can I add them back with a import using existing Exchange accounts (AD), and delete all the existing messages? or will I need to delete all the AD accounts ass well and start over with a bulk inport?
I am running Unity 4.0(2)
Thanks

Well, the latest Bulk Subscriber Delete tool that works with 4.0(3) or later will let you delete the AD and mailbox accounts entirely instead of just removing the Unity data - so you could use that and then import the user again (Unity will create the AD accounts and mailboxes for you again) - there's no tool that will do this for you standing in one shot.
You can check out the latest bulk Subscriber Delete on its home page here:

Unfortunately this wont run on 4.0(2) or earlier (it needs an updated version of the SQLSync service) - for your version it's probably easiest to simply delete the AD accounts across the boards and reimport (create) the users with a bulk import.

Thanks, that is what I found too! I am going to use the older version of bulk delete and then delete the AD and then do a bulk import of the subscribers.
