How can you tell if version of Unity Connection is beyond ES 49 for Unity Connection?

We get one way video and audio when we call a video end point from a 9951, when the call is originated from the video enpoint all is well.It seems the phone is talking TCP and the endpoint wants to talk TLS.  Any ideas?  We are on UCM 8.5.1 and the 9...
