I have successfully (after 3 days!!!) managed to register a Nortell 1120e with my CUCM (Version 8.0.3.20000-2).
I am able to make calls and use the standard soft keys associated with the Standard sip profile.
The phone itself was set up as a 'Third Party SIP Device Advanced'.
The phone has registered on the correct Vlan and has a good IP address from the Voice scope.
The problem i have at the moment is trying to reset or restart the Nortel phone from call manager. If i make a change and want to reset/restart the phone to pick the changes up, i get no response from the phone.
The Nortel 1120e is currently running SIP firmware version 04.04.10.00.
PS Happy to share the process on how i achieved the registration as it seems to be a common problem.
