RTMT Gateway Activity shows invalid PRI Active Channels vs Active Spans

RTMT 10.5, in Gateway Activity, Gateway Type PRI, consistently shows many more Active PRI channels than are actually available on Spans InService.  for example, 680 active channels for 23 spans (23 spans x 24 ch = 552 max counting Dch)

May be coincidental, but it seems the problem started after converting some PRI's from DMS100 to Q.sig.

Tried restarting RIS on all servers but made no difference. 

Looking for suggestions before taking it to TAC.

Hi,

A few things to try/check:

>> Check if the replication on cucm cluster is good

>> try reinstalling the RTMT client

>> Apart from restarting RisDC , try restarting Callmanager service. If the counter comes to normal after restart then start monitoring the PRI usage again periodically and get the following traces if the issue resurfaces

-Detailed CCM traces
-AMC logs
-RIS DC logs
-RISbean
