RTP Delay and Cuts on

I have observed an issue with delay and RTP stream interruption during a third incoming call from PSTN, whether directed to UCCX or an IP phone.

What is your deployment?

From your traffic capture I see some disconnection between CUCM  and VG.

Do you have MTP flagged on SIP Trunk between CUCM and VG?

Yes MTP is activated

Is it always th third call or is a random issue?

Yes with 3 sim calls, the problem solved by the ISP ##- Please type your
