Hello,

I have configured auto attendant for crs 4.0, i am able to call to the cti route point, but i don?t listen the message for press 1 to enter the extension and 2 to spell the name and 0 for the operator, the only message that i get is to dial the extension follow by #.

Can any one give some help.

have you updated the announcement that the script plays? If so, have you refreshed the scripts and apps in Application Administration?
