Secure Traversal Test error (MRA Setup)

I have setup expressway-e and -c for MRA and am experiencing an error when running the "Secure traversal test" from exp-c. The specific error is "Operation error occurred", which is not very helpful nor any recommended action provided. The UC traversal zone is fully active with no protocol or connection issues displayed. Trust certificates are uploaded on both systems, systems names match certs, I have the firewall set to allow all traffic between each system, system and network logs do not show any errors. I am out of thoughts here, wondering if anyone can shine a light on this issue?

First, please check your Expressway Deployment, it appears that the servers are deployed on non-recommended specs.
Apart from the Secure Traversal Test showing "operational issues," what issues are you facing with MRA, specifically regarding Jabber login? I noticed you mentioned that the zones are active.

Nithin - thank you for your time and response!

Regarding the servers, they are VMs and I had to slightly lower the cpu frequency reservation on each to stay under the host threshold limit, otherwise, the host wouldn't start them up. I have not completed the deployment, however, I am using the Webex mobile app (leveraging Webex Control Hub) and I can successfully connect to the Expressway-E and do get redirected to the configured IdP SSO for authentication. From that point, it does fail and doesn't connect to CUCM. I wanted to clear up all and any errors on the MRA side before moving forward. Please advise.

i faced this error almost on 2 projects of mine..

i did this options, and with one of them, finally issue was fixed >>

#- reboot servers
#- upgrade to latest version (currently 15.3.1)
#- downgrade to a more stable version (as my experience 14.0.11 has least bugs & issues..)
#- do a fresh install with 14.0.11 >> config it completely & test >> then upgrade it to latest version (currently 15.3.1)

expressway has more bugs compared to other products in collaboration architecture..

Thank you for the time and response. I have rebooted the servers to no success, but I will evaluate the feasibility of upgrading to the latest version. So far, I haven't encounter any issues with the operation or functionality, so this issue may be a non-issue.
