Hi,
Yes CUPC does support LDAPS
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/8_0/english/install_upgrade/deployment/guide/dgclient.html#wp1086252
Also from the Windows Jabber administration guide
-----------------------------------------------------
By default, Cisco Jabber for Windows encrypts all data over the network, including directory authentication
and query data. The UseSecureConnection parameter enables you to specify whether or not to use a secure
connection and encrypt all data over the network.
If required, you can use SSL for connections to your directory. The UseSSL parameter enables you to use
SSL connections. You can use SSL with a Global Catalog server, Domain Controller server, or other LDAP
server. However, the SSL connection certificate must exist in the Microsoft Windows certificate store. In a
Microsoft Windows domain, the SSL connection certificate is typically present in the certificate store on the
client computer.
